1. War of the Worlds

15 December at the O2 London

Jeff Wayne’s musical version of HG Wells’ The War of the Worlds comes to the O2 for one night only, starring Jason Donovan and Carrie Hope Fletcher.

2. The Tragedy of King Richard the Second

Runs from 10 December 2018 until 2 February 2019 at the Almeida Theatre

Olivier Award-winner Simon Russell Beale stars as Shakespeare’s reckless ruler in a new production at the Almeida Theatre directed by Joe Hill-Gibbins.

3. The Room/ Victoria Station/ Family Voices

Runs from 13 December 2018 until 26 January 2019 at The Harold Pinter Theatre

The Pinter at the Pinter season continues now with Patrick Marber at the helm of a triple-bill which includes Pinter’s first play.

4. Wolfgang

Runs from 12 December 2018 until 22 December 2018 at the Barbican Centre

Circus meets symphony in this new show from Australian ensemble Circa which promises acrobatics, comedy and plenty of audience participation.

5. Horrible Christmas

Runs from 13 December 2018 until 30 December 2018 at Alexandra Palace

A true celebration of the history of Christmas as Horrible Histories take on the festive season, delivering buckets of family fun at Alexandra Palace this December.
